CollatriX v2 is now available!

CollatriX automatically collates MorphoMetriX outputs into a single data frame that can be linked with associated LiDAR altimeter data (e.g., from LidarBoX) and used to calculate a variety of cetacean body condition metrics. Recently, CollatriX version 2 (v2) now has several additional tools for processing and linking LiDAR altimeter data with MorphoMetriX measurements by accurately correcting for timestamps and merging datasets.
New features include:
a) easier installation with downloadable .dmg and .exe files
b) a new suite of tools for linking LiDAR data with drone imagery
c) fill-in missing LiDAR values from a nearest specified window
d) added metrics for automatically calculating body condition
e) a single window per tool for easy and efficient use
f) an automatic crash report
