Biography

Emma Pearson is a first-year PhD student in Wildlife Science at Oregon State University, with a background in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her undergraduate research focused on blue and fin whale sound production patterns. Emma's current research at OSU centers on assessing the impact of offshore wind development on these whales in the Pacific Northwest.
