Also featured will be Bill Justin, a photo-editing software consultant. The workshop will focus on 6 to 12 photos to tell a story about a Newport area subject. You'll discover the elements for a good photo story, learn about photo realities and post-production techniques, and how to edit and show your story. Flip will also share his technique for "taking that group photo without making enemies!". You will have both classroom and actual shoot time, with your questions welcomed throughout the workshop.
Class size will be limited to 24 participants. Please register early to assure yourself a spot.
The fee for the workshop is $250. Limited to 24 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Coffee breaks will be provided with your workshop fee. Meals and lodging are not included in the registration. We have provided a list of some of the Newport Area hotels with current rates for the dates of the workshop.
