"Where can you wake to the cry of a soaring bald eagle, watch tons of ice thunder from the face of a glacier, walk amid towering spruce and hemlocks and observe lunge feeding humpback whales?" In Southeast Alaska - a land of fjords and islands teeming with wildlife.
We are currently accepting reservations for our third trip to SE Alaska, August 24-31, 2008. Enjoy exploring the Southeast Alaska shoreline and its natural beauty. See birds, seals, and hopefully bears. Kayak among icebergs, listen to humpback whale "songs" through a hydrophone, learn about Alaska's natural heritage, and spend a full day in Glacier Bay National Park. Spots are being held on the 62-passenger vessel for OSU travelers for a limited time (each cabin has windows, private facilities, and climate control). For more information, please read the brochure (PDF), registration form (PDF), and terms and conditions (PDF).
If you have additional questions, please contact Bonnie Anderson-Becktold at (541) 867-0202. She will be happy to help in any way she can. Hard copies of the Expedition forms, as well as full-color brochures, are also available.
