Volunteer Opportunities

We are always looking for people interested in helping us by reporting stranding events and collecting basic information about the animals that come ashore. Training is provided periodically in the different regions of the coast. There are no requirements in experience or commitment; we are just looking for folks who are able to assist us in gathering information. This can vary from simply describing animals on the beach and/or sending digital photographs, to collecting tissue samples and performing necropsies, depending on level of interest and experience.
